Caden is a Toronto based Certified personal trainer, wellness coach, and fitness social entrepreneur. 

​

He became a personal trainer after finding that integrative health and fitness played a key role in feeling empowered in his body as a trans man. He knew he wanted to share this feeling with other people.

​

In hopes of changing the typical unwelcoming, gym-bro narrative, and to help create a fitness environment where folks finally felt like they could take up space, Caden opened his own fitness coaching practice. He became Head Personal Trainer of a ground-breaking group fitness program for trans and non-binary people, of which he had first been a member. He expresses his love for fitness with a mix of heavy lifts, hypertrophy training and functional strength modalities, which all shine through in the programs he creates with his clients.

 

Caden offers 1:1 personal training, In-Depth fitness-based lifestyle coaching, and small group training both virtually and in person in Toronto's West End.
